Nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains - on 50 acres of rolling farmland and woodland in Cherokee County, South Carolina - we're a kennel breeding AKC registered German Shepherd Dogs. The kennel shares the land with native wildlife - deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, etc. - providing a serene setting for breeding and raising German Shepherd Dogs.

What's New?

Right now we own seventeen dogs, twelve females and five males - all German Shepherds.

• We've been able to place Tasha, Journey, Sydney, Halley, Zeta, and Coaly into good pet homes. 
• We've introduced Bella, a pup from Tasha's first litter.  She was a year old in September, so she has another year.
• In September, we picked up Anya, a beautiful black and red saddleback girl out of Damarhoff's Adonus Thorne x Zinni von Weiss Blau of AAA Kennels in Henagar, AL.  These are two excellent German lines. 
• Also in September, our Keera was born right here at Ravenna Kennels.  She is a gorgeous silver sable girl out of our Britney II Kendall's Ideal x Magnum P. I. Brown of AAA Kennels. 
• In February we picked up three new girls - Smokey Blue Christmas - "Smokey" (a 15-month old blue), Magic Valley's Fancy Free - "Fancy" (a 3-1/2 year old white), and Magic Valley's Snowflake - "Maggie" (a 4-1/2 year old creme).
• Then in May, we were able to pick up two new girls, Olivier's Addison Lady - "Ladybug" (a 5-year old white girl) & Olivier's Cajan Pepper (2-1/2 year old long coat black & tan girl), and one new boy, Del's Jackson von Rugar (a 20-week old long coat black & silver boy).
• On the OFA front, Reba's, Warrior's, and Fancy's hips checked out "Good" and Lady's hips checked out "Fair".
